Chelsey Ouellette graduated from Simmons College, Boston, with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. She has always loved working with children– making connections with each child, being creative and using a play-based approach in her treatment sessions, and working collaboratively with children’s families to achieve their goals. She is passionate about family education, helping to increase understanding and carry over to help maximize each child’s functional independence. She looks forward to being a part of the SSPC team.
Chelsey has worked in a variety of pediatric settings including: private specialized schools, public schools, outpatient pediatrics, and early intervention services. In these experiences she has worked with children from birth to twenty-two years old.
She is excited to return back to her roots in Maine! Outside of work Chelsey enjoys spending time at the beach with her two daughters and husband, going for walks with her dog, reading, and spending time with her family at camp.
