Responsibilities
Parents/guardians are responsible for obtaining referrals from the patient’s pediatrician prior to the first visit for evaluation and/or treatment.
Parents/guardians are responsible for understanding their insurance plan and benefits. Please ensure the services we offer are covered under your plan before beginning.
Parents/guardians are financially responsible for payment if insurance is denied and they do not have alternative payment sources such as Katie Beckett or Child Development Services.
For families who do not have health insurance we do offer self-pay starting at $125 per hour.
