Olivia Joseph, MOTR/L, is a full-time occupational therapist at StoreySmith Pediatric Clinic. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. As a student, Olivia assisted in a local hospital’s pro-bono pediatric clinic and completed her level II fieldwork rotation within an elementary school. Before becoming an MOTR/L, Olivia worked as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) for six years. As a CTRS, she was able to work in adaptive sports programs and subacute inpatient rehabilitation with people of a variety of ages and diagnoses, where she provided a holistic, client-centered approach to therapies. Olivia assisted children of all ages to find their independence and help to increase their quality of life through a variety of sports and activities such as; skiing, biking, hippotherapy, and much more. Outside of being an occupational therapist, Olivia enjoys mountain biking, skiing, spending time with her family and friends, painting and making crafts.
