Nicole Cochran, M.S. OTR/L, is a full-time occupational therapist at StoreySmith. She graduated from the University of New England in Portland, ME with a passion for working in pediatrics. Before getting her master’s degree, Nicole volunteered as a youth cheerleading coach for 7 years striving to provide her athletes, ages 5-14, with a foundation of skills to build upon. As an occupational therapy student, Nicole had the opportunity to complete one of her fieldwork rotations working with children on mental health within their school environment, as well as community participation. Additionally, Nicole completed a rotation working with survivors of TBI on increasing ADL independence and (re-)establishing leisure activities. Nicole is excited to help kids thrive in their natural environments through play-driven therapy with a client-centered focus. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys hiking, paddling, camping, running, crocheting or other craft activities, cooking, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
